Disney World has a wide variety of entertainment, as you would expect, from parades and character cavalcades to fireworks and stage shows along with seasonal entertainment.
Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom has stage shows, parades, and fireworks every day.
Magic Kingdom Stage Shows
In Magic Kingdom there are several stage shows that happen throughout the park. Some like Country Bear Musical Jamboree, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, and Mickey's PhilharMagic are inside shows while others like Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire are outside, in this case in front of the castle.
Don't miss the Let the Magic Begin stage show in front of the castle when the park opens. This is the opening ceremony with Mickey Mouse and gang as they welcome you to Magic Kingdom.
Magic Kingdom Parades
Each day Magic Kingdom has the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade which goes down Main Street U.S.A and includes various Disney characters. Also during the day don't miss the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade which makes it's way down Main Street with music and dance featuring many of your favorite characters. At night the Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade also happens on Main Street. This nighttime parade celebrates a number of Disney stories.
Magic Kingdom Happily Ever After Fireworks
Each night, at various times depending on the season, you do not want to miss this almost 20 minute fireworks and projection show with the fireworks over the castle and projections on the castle and down Main Street.
Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios has stage shows, parades, and fireworks every day.
Hollywood Studios Stage Shows
In Hollywood Studios there are several stage shows that happen during the day. They include Beaty and the Beast - Live on Stage, Disney Villains: Unfairly Every After, For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, and The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure.
Hollywood Studios Parades
Although there are no official parades at Hollywood Studios you can see the Green Army Drum Corps at select times in Toy Story Land along with the First Order searching for the Resistance in Galaxy's Edge.
Hollywood Studios Night Time
Hollywood Studios has several shows at night. The first is a 12 minute projection show on Hollywood Boulevard called Disney Movie Magic followed by another 12 minute projection show called Wonderful World of Animation.
Finally on Sunset Boulevard is Fantasmic! where you can watch good and evil battle in Mickey's dream including a large fireworks display.
EPCOT
EPCOT is a little different than the other parks as many of the pavilions in World Show Case have shows for each country. There is no parade in EPCOT but there are fireworks at night.
EPCOT Stage Shows
Many of the pavilions within World Show Case have a show that pertains to that country. Thse might be theater shows, movies, or performers. Each country is different and the type of show is different as well.

EPCOT does not have a parade currently

Luminous: The Symphony of Us is a nighttime show with fireworks in the sky over World Showcase Lagoon
EPCOT Festival Shows
Each EPCOT Festival has shows that typically take place in the America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure Pavilion

Food and Wine Festival - Eat to the Beat Concert Series. On select nights you can hear world-renowned artists during the weekend and talented local acts on weekdays.

Festival of the Holidays - Candle Light Processional. On select nights hear the story of Christmas with a celebrity narrator and a massed choir accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra
Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom does not have as much entertainment as the other parks, mostly due to the safety of the animals. For example, there is no fireworks show due to the animals.
Animal Kingdom Stage Shows
Animal Kingdom does not have many stage shows but it does have some other outside shows. The only indoor stage shows are Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo: The Big Blue ... and Beyond! There are other outdoor shows such as Animal Encounters: Winged Encounters - The Kingdom Takes Flight, Feathered Friends in Flight!, Tam Tam Drummers of Harambe, and the Harambe Village Street Band
Animal Kingdom Parades
Animal Kingdom has no parades, although many times you can find characters just wandering around to meet.
Animal Kingdom Night Time
Due to animal safety, Animal Kingdom generally closes around 7 pm EST or earlier without any type of nighttime show.
